CDL was founded in the 1970s as a pest control and deratization service company aimed mainly at the maritime sector in the Port of Livorno.
In the years to follow, thanks to the resourcefulness and vision of the founders, brothers Angiolo and Giovanni Bernini, it specialized in the treatment of foodstuffs and Food Processing Industries, becoming a point of reference among fumigation companies and the world related to them.

With the beginning of the 2000s, CDL began a business transformation by growing in both pest control and food companies with a keen eye on the environment and ecology.
Thus began the specialization in ecological food processing, and with a view to proper business management and the conscious, responsible and safe use of "chemistry," CDL obtained ISO 9001, UNI 16636, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certifications.

Today, CDL is divided into 4 Divisions (Gas - Pest - Maritime and Antitarlo Exclisive) can boast a team of specialized technicians with many years of experience, administrative employees who have grown up with the company itself and have great skills and experience, and a penchant for innovation. The staff consists of 21 employees, one administrative office, two operating offices, a dozen equipped vehicles and trucks, and a customer base of more than 3,000.
